HR MEETING

Nursanlar Group HR Management Meeting was held on November 17th, 2017 in AKA’s Orhangazi factory. AKA, Takosan and Nursan Human Resources managers attended the meeting joined by Veli Ozan and Babken Nanyan from Nursanlar Holding.
In addition to discussing the basic personnel problems and policies of the companies, HR work group touched issues such as productivity improvement, problem resolution, 360° performance evaluation report and union relations.
